Selwyn House School is an independent girls’ school and co-ed Pre-school centrally located in Merivale.

We are seeking an experienced ECE administrator for our Pre-school to provide a warm and professional experience to our students, families and visitors.

The skills you will bring are:

• An experienced ECE administrator with great attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with Discover or similar software
• Have outstanding organisational skills 
• The ability to effectively problem-solve and find solutions with a smile
• Computer savvy with the ability to pick up new systems/software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

The successful candidate will :

This is a permanent part-time position, and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 11.30am. There is a three week shutdown over the Christmas holiday period.
