We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing and Advancement Lead to join our team. This is a pivotal role dedicated to strengthening our school's reputation and ensure our long-term sustainability and growth.
Reporting to the Director of Operational Services, the Marketing & Advancement Lead delivers the initiatives that secure the school’s future through student acquisition and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Marketing and Brand Planning
- Digital Marketing
- Student Growth
- Enrolment and Scholarships
- Revenue Diversification (Advancement)
To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator. We are looking for;
- Proven experience delivering marketing, brand, enrolment, or advancement initiatives, ideally in an education or not-for-profit environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital and traditional marketing, including website management, content creation, and analytics.
- Experience in campaigns or in securing partnerships, sponsorships, or donations.
- Knowledge of fundraising and advancement principles, including donor engagement and relationship management.
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in supporting staff to achieve high performance

Communications & Engagement Lead

This pivotal role is responsible for strengthening our school's culture by leading clear, values-based, and inclusive communication. You will be the key driver for ensuring a consistent brand voice across all community-facing channels, fostering trust and pride among our students, families, alumni, and the wider community
Reporting to the Director of Operational Services, you will develop and implement the school's annual communications and engagement plans. This is a hands-on role focused on driving meaningful engagement, building a strong sense of belonging, and nurturing long-term relationships that support student retention and reinforce our unique educational offering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communication and content (consistency in brand and quality messaging)
- Parent & community engagement
- Alumni and SHPA (parent’s association) relationships
- Management, evaluate and report on data
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role covering communications, PR, and stakeholder/community engagement.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate communication and engagement plans.
- Proficiency in managing data and CRM/stakeholder management systems, with experience using insights to report on effectiveness.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a commitment to upholding brand integrity and values-based messaging.
- Experience in a school, education, or community-focused environment is highly desirable
- A tertiary qualification (or equivalent professional experience) in communications, public relations, media, or a related field.
